Product Description:
Solvent-free topcoat is a two-component, solvent-free coating composed of a base resin, diluent, curing agent, and various additives. It cures at room temperature and has a heat resistance rating of Class H.
Performance and Applications:
When applied in a thick coat, the varnish forms a glossy, full-bodied film. It cures at room temperature with a fast drying time. The resulting film exhibits strong adhesion, good weatherability, elasticity, and moisture resistance, as well as excellent water and chemical resistance. This product is suitable for use as a protective covering against corrosion, moisture, and mildew on the end portions of motor coil windings and transformer core surfaces. It can be applied to metal and non-metal surfaces that require high adhesion, and can also be used on steel surfaces with insufficient rust removal or relatively damp conditions.
