6440(DMD-P) prepreg material

It is suitable for use as interlayer insulation and end‑turn insulation in low‑voltage windings of Class F dry‑type transformers and reactors, as turn‑to‑turn insulation, slot‑to‑slot insulation, and liner insulation in Class F motors, and can also be wound into laminated tubes or molded into other custom‑shaped insulating components.

Product Description

Product Applications

Product Description:

6440(DMD-P) prepreg material It is a prepreg material formed by laminating a polyester film coated on both sides with a high‑temperature‑resistant resin to a polyester fiber nonwoven fabric, followed by impregnation with B‑stage high‑temperature‑resistant resin and partial curing through heat baking.

6440(DMD-P) prepreg material It exhibits excellent heat resistance, superior dielectric properties, and robust mechanical performance, with easy impregnation and strong adhesion. It is rated for Class F thermal endurance and complies with the EU RoHS environmental standards.
