Product Description:

This solvent-free overcoating varnish is a two-component system composed of base resin, diluent, curing agent, and additives. It is a room-temperature curing varnish with a thermal class of F (155℃).

Performance & Applications:

The varnish forms a thick, glossy, and full-bodied coating. It cures at room temperature with a fast drying time, offering excellent film adhesion, weather resistance, elasticity, and moisture resistance. Additionally, it provides strong resistance to water and chemical corrosion.

It is ideal for providing anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-mildew protection on the winding ends of motor coils and the surface of transformer cores. It is suitable for coating metal and non-metal surfaces that require high bonding strength. Notably, it can even be applied to steel surfaces that are slightly damp or where rust removal was incomplete.
