Product Description:
The AHA polyimide film–polyaramid fiber paper soft composite material is manufactured by laminating a layer of polyimide film with two layers of polyaramid fiber paper on the top and bottom, using an imported Class C adhesive. The surface A paper (domestically produced polyaramid fiber paper) is made from 100% meta‑aramid fibers that have been calendered, ensuring compatibility with virtually all resins and varnishes, as well as excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.
AHA is a flexible composite material with an H‑class heat resistance rating (180°C), exhibiting excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as superior electrical strength. Its surface is smooth and it demonstrates strong adhesion to insulating varnishes.
AHA is primarily used in motors with H‑class insulation or other characteristic classes for slot‑to‑slot, turn‑to‑turn, layer‑to‑layer, and liner insulation; it may also serve as an insulating material in specialty transformers or other electrical equipment requiring heat resistance.

b) During slitting and use, care should be taken to prevent edge cracking and to avoid surface scratches as well as contamination from oil, dust, and foreign particles.
