Product Description:
6640(NMN) is manufactured by laminating a polyester film with two layers of DuPont polyaramid fiber paper on the top and bottom surfaces, using an imported Class C adhesive. The surface N‑paper (imported polyaramid fiber paper) is made entirely from meta‑aramid fibers and is produced through calendaring.
The 6640(NMN) is a flexible composite material with an H‑class thermal rating (180°C), exhibiting excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as superior electrical strength. Its surface is smooth and it demonstrates strong adhesion to insulating varnishes.
6640(NMN) can be compounded with Class C adhesives, is compatible with nearly all resins and varnishes, and exhibits excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.
6640 (NMN) is primarily used for inter‑slot, slot‑cover, and phase‑to‑phase insulation in low‑voltage motors; it can also serve as interlayer insulation in transformers or other electrical equipment.
