NMN-P

It is suitable for use as interlayer insulation in the low-voltage windings of Class H dry-type transformers and reactors, and is also commonly employed as end‑turn insulation in transformers and electric machines. In Class F motors, it serves as turn‑to‑turn insulation, slot‑to‑slot insulation, and liner insulation, and can also be wound into laminated tubes or molded into other custom‑shaped insulating components.

Product Applications

Product Description:

NMN-P H‑grade prepreg is a material composed of polyester film laminated on both sides with high‑temperature‑resistant resin and polyaramid fiber paper, which is then impregnated with B‑stage high‑temperature‑resistant resin and cured to a semi‑cured state through heat baking.

NMN-P It exhibits excellent heat resistance, superior dielectric properties, and robust mechanical performance, with easy impregnation and strong adhesion. It is rated for Class H thermal endurance. The product complies with the EU RoHS environmental protection requirements.
