Product Description:
6453(SHS-P) H‑grade prepreg is a flexible composite material formed by laminating a polyimide film with high‑temperature‑resistant resin on both sides to a polyester fiber nonwoven fabric, followed by impregnation with B‑stage high‑temperature‑resistant resin and partial curing through heat baking.
6453(SHS-P) It exhibits excellent heat resistance, as well as favorable dielectric and mechanical properties, with easy impregnation and strong adhesion. Its heat resistance rating is Class H.
The product complies with the EU RoHS environmental requirements.
6453(SHS-P) The material is suitable for use as interlayer insulation in low-voltage windings of Class H dry-type transformers and reactors, as turn-to-turn insulation, slot-to-slot insulation, and liner insulation in Class H motors, and can also be wound into laminated tubes or molded into other custom‑shaped insulating components.
