Polyester film composite materials are manufactured by laminating three layers of polyester film (or two or four layers) using imported Class F adhesive.
The polyester‑film composite film, a flexible laminated material, is rated Class B for heat resistance (130°C) and exhibits excellent mechanical properties, including tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as superior electrical strength; its surface is smooth.
Polyester film composite films, as flexible composite materials, are primarily used in transformers as interlayer insulation for high- and low-voltage windings; they can also serve as slot liners in electric motors and as insulating gaskets in other electrical appliances.
