Product Description
1. Round rod
The pultruded round rod is manufactured by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber yarn with a thermosetting, heat-resistant polyester resin, followed by pultrusion through a mold and subsequent baking for curing.
Features:
It exhibits excellent physical, mechanical, and dielectric properties, as well as moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, arc resistance, and dimensional accuracy. Its heat resistance level can reach Class B or Class F.
Specifications:
φ6, φ8, φ10, φ11, φ12, φ15, φ16, φ18; custom sizes available upon request.
Applications:
Applicable to composite insulator core rods and insulating support components.

2. Triangular Pultruded Spacer Strip
The pull‑out triangular stiffener is manufactured by pultrusion, using alkali‑free glass fiber yarn impregnated with a thermosetting, heat‑resistant polyester resin, followed by molding, curing, and baking.
Features:
It exhibits excellent physical, mechanical, and dielectric properties, as well as moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, arc resistance, and dimensional accuracy. Its heat resistance level can reach Class B or Class F.
