Product Description:
Pultruded Slot Wedge is manufactured by impregnating alkali‑free glass fiber yarn—specifically for electrical applications—with a heat‑resistant resin, followed by pultrusion and curing in a dedicated mold.
The insulation heat resistance level can reach Class F and Class H.
Performance characteristics: Pultruded slot wedges exhibit excellent mechanical and dielectric properties, while also offering flame retardancy, chemical resistance, radiation resistance, arc resistance, and dimensional stability.
Main applications: Suitable for securing stator and rotor windings in F‑ and H‑class motors, including traction, metallurgical, heavy‑duty, aerospace, and general‑purpose electric motors.
