Lixin Group Holds 2014 May Day Employee Tug-of-War Competition
To celebrate the International Labor Day on May 1 and the Youth Day on April 29, invigorate the company atmosphere, enrich employees’ cultural lives, enhance mutual understanding and friendship among staff, and strengthen corporate cohesion and team spirit, on Wednesday afternoon, April 30, 2014, Zhuzhou Insulating Material Co., Ltd. and Zhuzhou Yufeng Industrial Co., Ltd.—both subsidiaries of Lixin Group—hosted the 2014 May Day Employee Tug-of-War Competition within the premises of the Insulating Materials Company. A total of eight teams from the Group took part in the event. After nearly two hours of intense competition, the Insulating Production Men’s Team emerged as the men’s champion, while the Yufeng Production Women’s Team claimed the women’s title. The atmosphere at the venue was electric, with participants giving their all and cheerleaders’ cheers rising and falling in unison. Following the competition, employees unanimously praised the event, expressing hope that more such activities would be organized in the future. The Chairman of the Board also attended the event.

2013 Company Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony
On the afternoon of January 16, 2014, the company convened the 2013 Annual Summary and Awards Conference in the Sixth-Floor Conference Room of the Xiyuan Hotel. The meeting commenced with a work report delivered by General Manager Wu Kai, entitled “Uphold Firm Confidence, Pursue Practical Results Through Diligent Efforts, Dare to Pioneer, and Unswervingly Advance Toward the Company’s Established Goals!” In his report, General Manager Wu provided a comprehensive review of the company’s performance in 2013, outlined a concise plan for the company’s work in 2014, and conducted a thorough examination and reflection on the issues that had arisen during the past year. Subsequently, Deputy General Manager of Sales He Sha presented a comprehensive summary and plan for the company’s sales operations. During the meeting, seven advanced units and 18 outstanding individuals were recognized and commended.

On December 28, 2013, the company convened a meeting on the 2014 Business Plan in the second-floor conference room, bringing together managers at or above the department-head level and all sales personnel. The meeting commenced with General Manager Wu Kai announcing the company’s key performance targets for 2014. Subsequently, department heads and sales representatives each took the floor to outline their individual and departmental work plans and arrangements in alignment with the company’s annual business objectives, ensuring the successful implementation of the annual plan. Sales staff also pledged their commitment to exceeding their assigned sales targets. Finally, Chairman Ding Lixin delivered important instructions for the company’s work in the coming year, emphasizing that 2014 should prioritize the development of new products and new markets to strengthen the company’s growth momentum, and stressing that all departments must focus on effectively implementing the established plans following the meeting.
