On the afternoon of January 16, 2014, the company convened the 2013 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference in the Sixth-Floor Conference Room of the Xiyuan Hotel. The meeting commenced with a work report delivered by General Manager Wu Kai, entitled “Uphold Firm Confidence, Pursue Practical Results with Diligence, Dare to Pioneer, and Unswervingly Advance Toward the Company’s Established Goals!” In his report, General Manager Wu provided a comprehensive review of the company’s performance in 2013, outlined a brief plan for the company’s work in 2014, and conducted a thorough examination and reflection on the issues that had arisen during the past year. Subsequently, Deputy General Manager of Sales He Sha presented a comprehensive summary and plan for the company’s sales operations. During the meeting, seven advanced units and 18 outstanding individuals were recognized and commended.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Ding Lixin delivered an important address, urging all senior executives and department heads to strengthen team building, enhance interdepartmental coordination, refine performance appraisal systems, and tighten cost control. Following the meeting, all company employees enjoyed a banquet together and, in the evening, attended a gala featuring song and dance performances.
