May Day Employee Fun Sports Meet
To celebrate International Labor Day on May 1 and Youth Day on April 29, to enrich the cultural and recreational life of the company’s employees, and to invigorate the workplace atmosphere, the company held the “First Lixin Group Staff Fun Sports Meet 2015” on the afternoon of April 30, 2015. Nearly 300 athletes took part in five events, including “Kangaroo Jump,” “Throwing the Embroidered Ball,” “Crab Carrying Melons,” “Hula-Hoop Race Walking,” and “Tug-of-War.” The competition was fiercely competitive, with cheers and shouts of encouragement rising and falling throughout the venue. Participants demonstrated both sportsmanship and skill. In the highly anticipated tug-of-war event, after a hard-fought contest, the Insulation Production Department swept both the men’s and women’s titles. Following the conclusion of the games, an awards ceremony was held to honor the top three finishers in each individual event as well as the overall tug-of-war champions. Prior to the start of the sports meet, the company also presented an award to Comrade Zhang Jian, who had been honored with the title of “Zhuzhou City Model Worker.”

From August 15 to 17, 2014, IRIS certification body Bureau Veritas dispatched an audit team to conduct a certification audit of our company’s IRIS management system. Over the course of the three-day audit, the team employed a variety of methods—including interviews, document and record reviews, process tracing, on-site observation, and measurements—to complete the initial certification audit of the eight departments and sites covered by the IRIS system, with the audit scope encompassing all elements of the IRIS framework. At the final audit meeting held on the afternoon of August 17, the Bureau Veritas audit team concluded that “Zhuzhou Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the IRIS certification with satisfactory results.” On this occasion, the company extends its warmest congratulations to all employees who contributed to the IRIS certification process. We are confident that, under the guidance of the IRIS system, the Rail Transit Division will elevate all aspects of its management to new and higher levels!
