Safety Production Inspection upon Resumption of Work After the Spring Festival Holiday

Let’s get back to work—let’s get back to work! As the Spring Festival holiday draws to a close, factories and production bases across the company are resuming operations one after another. The post-holiday period is a high-risk time for accidents: when production equipment that has been shut down is restarted, mechanical failures are more likely to occur; moreover, some employees may become complacent after the holiday, leading to a weakening of their safety awareness and increasing the likelihood of workplace incidents.
To ensure that safety production responsibilities are fulfilled and to oversee the safe and orderly resumption of work across all departments, company leaders recently led teams to visit production sites, including various departments and work teams, to inspect and provide guidance on safety production practices and to extend condolences and support to frontline employees.
I. At the work safety meeting, Company General Manager He Sha emphasized that, following the resumption of work after the Spring Festival, all employees must refocus and pool their efforts; organize “re-focus meetings”; deliver comprehensive “safety training sessions”; implement all safety assurance measures; and rigorously prevent workplace safety accidents.
II. The Deputy General Manager of the Production Department and the Production Manager shall lead teams to conduct safety inspections of all workgroups prior to resuming operations in the workshops, with the aim of eliminating potential safety hazards.
The joyful and bustling Spring Festival holiday is drawing to a close, and many employees are set to return to work. As we resume operations at the start of the year, getting off to a strong and steady start is of paramount importance—particularly for ensuring workplace safety.
