In accordance with the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s plan for the 2015 “Five Ones” initiative involving city-level leaders, our company is honored to be designated as the designated liaison enterprise for Vice Mayor Tan Kemin. The Mayor will focus on optimizing the company’s development environment, providing guidance and support for its project construction, business innovation, and strategic planning, and making every effort to help the company resolve prominent issues and challenges in its development process, thereby enabling the company to pursue growth with confidence, autonomy, and boldness and fostering its expansion and strengthening.
On the afternoon of June 10, 2015, Mayor Tan and his delegation visited our company to conduct an inspection and provide guidance. The mayor first toured the insulation company’s production workshop, where the accompanying company representatives briefed him on the workshop’s operations and introduced its various product lines. As he observed the facilities, the mayor emphasized the need to continuously enhance the company’s level of automation and scale of production. Subsequently, the mayor proceeded to the company’s conference room for a symposium with the chairman and several senior executives. During the meeting, the mayor commended the company’s achievements over more than two decades of development and urged us to fully leverage our strengths and specialties, to maintain strong self-confidence, and to avoid underestimating ourselves. He also stressed that our management team, particularly mid- and senior-level leaders, should adopt a broad strategic vision—looking not only at our existing customers but also at other domestic enterprises with which we have connections; and focusing not only on our current products and technologies but also on cutting-edge new products and materials both domestically and internationally. To achieve this, our R&D team must play a central role in the company’s ongoing development.
Mayor Tan also systematically analyzed several pressing challenges currently facing the company and proposed corresponding solutions. With heartfelt sincerity, he stated: “Zhuzhou Insulation is my designated liaison enterprise; it is my inescapable responsibility to address the company’s problems and difficulties. I hope the company will achieve even faster and more robust development, make greater contributions to Zhuzhou’s socio-economic progress, and bring further glory and distinction to our city!”
Mayor Tan’s inspection of our company and his important address at the symposium have served as a tremendous source of encouragement and motivation for all our employees. We will, in accordance with the spirit of Mayor Tan’s remarks, strive to pioneer new avenues, work diligently and steadily, and ensure that we not only meet but exceed this year’s business targets—thus repaying, through concrete actions, the care and support extended to us by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government!
